i hope everyone had a gr8 shabos, and enjoy doing the chicken thing tonight..... KAPARAS one of the most hilarious things in Judiasm!!!! i enjoy it!!! it's loads of fun going with a bunch of girls in my fam who are scared of chickens alltogether! NEWAYS i hope everyone has a gmar chasima tova like mushky said. it should be a good Yom Kipper for e/o! may be merit the comming of Moshiach NOW!!!

hey everyone yesterday i bought a pkg of flieschmann's margarine and on the pkg it said (u) pareve and when i opened the box, the individual pkgs said (u)D!!! BEWARE! check all your pkgs because companies lie!
(and - ahem - chanshy - we both know what it means to have treif margarine!)

It's DEVO my niece!!! she's got my purse ... smart girl :)

Rosh Hashana in NAPLES!!!!!!

Shaina (W. ) & I were in Naples for Rosh Hashana!!!!! They flew shaina down and i met her in naples... what can i say... it was amazing! We had our own suite in a beautiful hotel and ran the children's program fri night, shabbos day and sunday. it went really well bh and flew by waaayyy too fast. for tashlich we walked to the beach ... memories ofcourse from sem... and it was gorgeous as u can imagine. the shluchim are really really nice - the zachlas' ofcourse - treated us really well. cant believe its over already :(

well well just thought id let u all know that...
hope everyones rosh hashana was good and although its a little late, hope everyone has a happy and healthy New Year with the best of everything...

to think that a yr. ago we were just startin to settel into sem and we thought that we were totally well on our way, till after tishrei we realized we really ddint know any one and only then did we all start really becomin friends adn having fun.
well hope averyone frogives me for any thing i may have done. i forgive u if it still means any thing. imeant to do this b4 rosh hashana but never too late i guess. at least i hope.
hope every9one had a loveley rosh hashana. i spent mine schaporoning. my newly married sis and her hubby. adn shutteling from sheva brochos to sheva brochos.

Hey everyone!! hows it going???
this shabbat i went down from orlando to Inverarry.... i was soooo excited to go but deja vu... i had to go the mechanice to fix our car and they took extra long so we left a little late...
i arrived in inverrary at the shul at exactly the LAst minute of shkiah it was sooo crazy im like im not walking another 12 miles nno way i spead thank g-d there were no cops around oh boy it was so crazy! but it was so gr8 to be back it was amazing!! and then i went the visit our dearest lebovcics that was so gr8 the kids got so big and cute and aydel talks away , precious!!!!!!!!!!! basicallly i had a gr8 time felt like i was back in sem!!!!!!!!! and then this moring i did hebrew school that really was a sem weekend:)

Rashi's Married

hey you guys rashi got married on thurs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was an awesome wedding, she looked stunning sorry no pics my camera died befor the wedding and i forgot to rechasrge it but it was seriously a blast then my whole fam and extendee relatives all spent shabbos in a hotel it was amazing ( for us not the hotel staff , they're not doing s/t like that ever again). oh i started hebrew school yesterday and it was good i'm teaching two 14 year oolds so its gonna b quite interresting. mazal tov mushky guess what yesterday i took a nap for 2 hours, even more time than recommended by my psychologist, have fun at the wedding!!!!

this is KRAZZY today is my first day doing Hebrew School this year!!! i can't believe jst a year ago we were doing it in Florida.... Sara'le do you remember what we went through!!! man with that other guy, trying to teach kids who were jumping on the tables..... the first impression is e/t neways so not used to this hebrew school job cuz it's sooooo official u should jst. see what i'm wearing!!! STOCKINGS.... iguess we should tell who ever is working for Adi to take advantage of every sec. of it b/c its so laid back !!!!!! just remember deciding the night b/4 what we are teaching HERE i have to decide 2 weeks b/4 neways i gotta get going now .... i'm very happy with my job.. not complaining G-D forbid jst. thought i would share how lucky we were with ADi

shlichus story

okay so there i was in sunny california on friday night walking to the shluchim for the friday night meal, talking to this lovely young lady who was coming for the meal as well. she came from a reform background, had dropped everything a long while back, and was now looking to come back to her roots. this friday night was her first chabad meal and she had alot of questions.
so anyway we were talking and she was asking me how old i am and when i plan on getting married. so i explained to her that though we dont have arranged marriges we do have arranged dates and that when i feel ready for marrige i will do it through a matchmaker. so she asks me, how do you say "matchmaker" in hebrew? so i told her that we call the matchmaker a shadchan, and she says "oh i know how to say that in yiddish - yenta, right?"
lol it was pretty funny.
(of course i explained to her what yenta really is, etc.)
